Our mission is to redevelop areas local and globally. This is accomplished through offering social services (health care, education, economic development, job training, community management, policy research) for the benefit of low to moderate income individuals and families. Our intent is revitalization and stabilization of low to moderate income areas enhancing the residents overall quality of life.
